Bookings and sign-ups

When you book, apply for a stall, host an event or tell us you're planning to come, we keep your name, email and anything else you give us so we can run the event. We also keep these details in our customer system (GoHighLevel) so we can contact you about it.

Cookies for measurement and adverts

If you say yes, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google tag. They record which pages and events you view and send that to Meta and Google. This shows us which events people are interested in and how well our adverts work, and helps those adverts reach the right people. Where the law asks for your agreement first, these cookies stay off until you accept.
